My Signature Buttercream
It's one of a kind and I've been using the same recipe for a decade! I'm always being told how truly delicious it is which I love, and hearing it never gets old. I may be bias, but I tend to agree and love that's it's also Gluten Free.
Butter, Buttercream Starter and Vanilla Extract.
Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (citified sustainable palm oil), Emulsifiers (471, 435), Vanilla flavour, Stabiliser (412), Preservatives (202, 211), Acidity regulator (330), Colour (171), Salt.
The only other ingredient we add is some 'Cake Craft' food colouring gel to get the colour you request. They are Gluten Free and Nut Free.
Water, Corn Starch and Syrup, Sugar, Glycerine, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Carrageenan, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
The Sponge Cake
Light and fluffy, soft and delicious are a few words used to describe our vanilla sponge. We bake each layer separately to insure they are moist and fluffy with no dry over baked edges. Get one of our you bake kits to hear all our top baking tips to achieve the perfect sponge.

Bakels Vanilla Sponge Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids, raising agents (450, 500), milk solids, vegetable oil, antioxidant (307), salt, vegetable gum (415) and natural vanilla flavour.
The Chocolate Cake
This delicious cake mix has 3 awesome option if you are making it at home! You can choose to either make a fluffy sponge cake, or a super sticky mud cake, or the incredibly popular brownie.
Chocolate Cake Mix, Free Range Eggs, Water, Milk Powder, Vegetable Oil, Dark Chocolate.
Chocolate Cake Mix Ingredients:
Sugar, wheat flour, vegetable oil, cocoa powder (6%) thickener (1422), dried egg powder, baking powder, salt.
Since the recent Pandemic we have had to change our sprinkle range and invest in creating our own mixes. Delayed, unreliability and in some cases the closing of business over seas being the major issues we faced.
I did think this would mean a more limited selection but it's actually worked out so much better and now allows me to offer you more variety and even allowing you to customise your own sprinkle mix! Happy Days!!
Corn Starch, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Shellac, Carnauba Wax, Colour.
These vary from sprinkle to sprinkle and each mix is made up of a minimum of 6 types of different sprinkles.
Some do contain small traces of gluten but most don't, and those that do are at levels most people can deal with. Each persons condition is individual and weather you choose to eat them or not is entirely your choice.
I have chosen to use 'Cake Craft' brand cake drip. I choose this brand because it is Gluten Free and Nut Free, easy to use and giving great results. It has a wonderful colour selection which I have tried to stock as many as I can for you.
Vegetable Oils and fats (palm, canola and sunflower), Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, emulsifier (E322 sunflower and soy lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavour.
To make our fully edible Frozen Princess design we glue some of the edible images onto rolled out white Fondtastic fondant and air dry them into shape for 5 days before we package them ready for sale. This is Gluten and Nut Free.

The Edible Images
These are all printed with edible food colouring in a specialised food printer. We get our printed locally by 'Create a Cake' who print onto a thin sheet of specially design edible paper made from icing. They are Gluten Free and Nut Free.
Water, Tapioca Starch, Corn Syrup Solids, Cellulose, Sorbitol, Glycerine, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Citric Acid, Polysorbate 80, Titanium Dioxide, Arabic Gum.
Delivering To Perth, WA
Our delivery area covers a 30km radius, calculated from our base in Mount Hawthorn, and we deliver Monday to Friday.
We do not deliver on weekends unless you've purchased a private lesson.
Orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are delivered the following Monday at the earliest.
We offer a flat rate of $14 for delivery
FREE delivery (within our delivery zone) if your order is over $119.
Collection is always FREE and your order can be ready to collect the following day. Once you have ordered your kit we will email you and schedule your delivery with you.
