Our Signature Buttercream:
It's one of a kind and we are always being told how truly delicious it is. In a lot of cases, the best they've ever tired! We my be bias, but we tend to agree. It is Gluten Free.
Butter, Sugar, Vegetable Shortening (citified sustainable palm oil), Emulsifiers (471, 435), Vanilla Extract, Stabiliser (412), Preservatives (202, 211), Acidity regulator (330), Colour (171), Salt.
The only other ingredient we add is some 'Cake Craft' food colouring gel to get the colour you request. They are Gluten Free and Nut Free.
Water, Corn Starch and Syrup, Sugar, Glycerine, Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid, Carrageenan, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Salt, Xanthan Gum.
Our Sponge Cake:
Light and fluffy, soft and delicious are a few words used to describe our vanilla sponge. We bake each layer separately to insure they are moist and fluffy with no dry over baked edges.
Bakels Sponge Mix, Free Range Eggs, Water, Coconut Oil, Vanilla Extract.
Bakels Vanilla Sponge Ingredients:
Wheat flour, sugar, whipping agent (emulsifiers (472b, 477), glucose, milk solids, raising agents (450, 500), milk solids, vegetable oil, antioxidant (307), salt, vegetable gum (415) and natural vanilla flavour.
Our Chocolate Sponge:
This too is light and fluffy, soft and with a delicious chocolate flavour! We use Bakels for our sponge mix, they are a very well know Perth based company and have been operating since 1904.

Sugar, Wheat flour, Thiamine Folate, Vegetable Oil, Emulsifiers (471, 477), Antioxidant (307), Cocoa Powder (14%), Raising Agents (450, 500), Thickener (1422), Salt, Vegetable gum (415), Natural Chocolate Flavour
Our Sprinkle Mixes:
We use Sugar By Design for our incredible sprinkle mixes. They are an Australian small business operating out of NSW.
Our Gluten Free Sprinkle Mixes:
Sadly our regular sprinkles do contain trace amounts of gluten so for those with a serious allergy we use the 'Over The Top' sprinkle range which is all gluten free. If you order a pre-designed kit like our 'Frozen Princess' design, we will make you up a suitable substitute sprinkle mix using the gluten free range. They are also Nut Free.
Corn Starch, Sugar, Maltodextrin, Shellac, Carnauba Wax, Colour.
For our drip, we choose to use 'Cake Craft' brand cake drip. This is Gluten Free and Nut Free.
Vegetable Oils and fats (palm, canola and sunflower), Sugar, Skim Milk Powder, emulsifier (E322 sunflower and soy lecithin), Natural Vanilla Flavour.
To make our fully edible Frozen Princess design we stick some of the edible images onto rolled out white Fondtastic fondant and air dry them into shape for 5 days before we package them ready for sale. This is Gluten Free and Nut Free.

The edible images are printed with food colouring in a specialised food printer. We get our printed locally by 'Create a Cake' who print onto a thin sheet of specially design edible paper made from icing. They are Gluten Free and Nut Free.
